Vontrice D. Coston is a speaker, organizational builder leadership coach, and the Founder of a sisterhood and leadership development ecosystem dedicated to awakening, developing, and sending women to lead in every sphere of influence. She is passionate about helping overlooked, first-generation leaders maximize their full potential by developing them as leaders and equipping them to build what God has placed inside of them.
In 2016, she founded This Girl Has Oil, Inc., which has since grown into a movement known for discipling women deeply, developing them intentionally, and equipping them to lead boldly in leadership, business, and purpose-driven spaces.
Through this work, she has established herself as a trusted voice in leadership development and building women who don’t just carry vision but execute it. Her approach is grounded in leadership formation, spiritual growth, and execution because I don’t just believe in dreaming, I believe in building.
Today, through Vontrice Coston Enterprises, she equips leaders to step fully into who they’ve been called to be and to carry what’s been entrusted to them with clarity, strength, and intention.
