I help founders, ministry leaders, and purpose-driven organizations take the God-breathed ideas placed in their hearts and move them from vision to structured reality.
In 2016, I founded This Girl Has Oil, a women’s leadership and discipleship movement that equips women to grow spiritually, lead boldly, and impact their communities. Over the years, I’ve built programs, leadership pipelines, and communities that have helped develop women across multiple regions.
Now I help other leaders do the same, bringing clarity to their vision, building strong foundations, and creating structures that allow their calling to grow and last.
Through strategy, leadership development, and speaking, I walk alongside visionaries who are ready to build what God has placed inside of them.
